    We stock the following hard drive and SSD brands: - Seagate - Western Digital - ADATA - Kingston - ASUS - Samsung - NETAC - Team - Toshiba
  • I really want it, but it's out of stock
    We are sorry that it's not on the shelf but don't worry! Get in touch and we'll find out the expected in-stock date and then let you know.
  • I can get it cheaper on AliExpress
    ReDrive only ever stocks new products that arrive from certified sales channels i.e. the distributers we buy from are authorised to strict standards by the manufacturer. Unfortunately, there are numerous horror stories in relation to cheaper items shipped in from abroad, including: - Lack of manufacturer support - Drives with swapped serial numbers, or invalid serial numbers - Used products being stocked as "brand new" - Recertified products being sold as "brand new" - Fake brands being mirroring the original manufacturer - Lack of support and refusal to accept returns for defective products We never pull in products from sites such as AliExpress. Whilst the obvious result of this for ReDrive would be increased profit margins, we believe that the irreplaceable value of personal data, and our reputation deserves the genuine products that our customers believe that they are purchasing.

  • What are your delivery charges?
    For areas that are not excluded from additional charges, ReDrive shipping is completely free!
  • Where do you ship to?
    ReDrive ships to the majority of the UK but there are some exceptions, or areas that may incur additional carriage costs. We exclude the following areas as standard but this doesn't mean we might not be able to deliver to your area. Please contact us and we'll happily see what we can do.
  • When will I get my order?
    For new products, if you order before 15:00, we'll ship for delivery next working day. If your order ships with DPD on a Friday, there is a good chance it will arrive over the weekend. For refurbished items, we'll conduct some final checks and send your order on the next working day, for delivery within 24-48 hours. For all orders, we'll update you with the tracking information as soon as we have it. Please note that due to the way we ship, you might not receive your tracking until late in the day however, we definitely haven't forgotten about you!
